We take pride in our food, our service, and the atmosphere we’ve created — and luckily, nearly all of our customers appreciate it too. We love that.
Of course, sometimes we get it wrong, we’re only human. Hopefully, we’re very quick to resolve any mistakes to ensure our customer’s are made to feel valued and listened to.
But every now and then, someone doesn’t get their own way… and takes it personally. What follows? A dramatic review, full of creative fiction and emotional flair.
