We keep our cocktail list deliberately small for a simple reason: we only want to serve the classics that deserve to be served properly.
These are spirit-forward drinks with clean lines, proper glassware, and everything served cold as it should be. No trends, no sugar-bombs, no theatrical garnish. Just quiet sophistication, made with care.
And yes, they’re available whenever we’re open. If you want a Negroni at 11:15, we won’t ask questions. Time is a social construct, and frankly, the Vesper doesn’t care.
Our signature Cocktails and why we love them
Most of the great classic cocktails were born in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, when drinks were drier, simpler and unapologetically spirit-forward. They were built on balance and restraint, with proper ice, proper glassware, and no need for gimmicks.
That suits us.
We have always favoured clarity over clutter, and our cocktails follow the same thinking. Timeless drinks, made properly, served cold, and quietly confident.
And yes, they work at any time of day. The classics were never meant to be time-bound, and we see no reason to start now.
Corpse Reviver
Gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc, fresh lemon and a whisper of absinthe.

Gin, vodka and Lillet Blanc.

Gin, Campari and sweet vermouth.
Bold, bittersweet and beautifully structured. Deep herbal notes, bright orange aromatics and a long, unhurried finish over a single large block of ice. A classic, done properly.£9.50
Hanky Panky
Gin, sweet vermouth and Fernet Branca.
Herbal and dark, with a subtle mint lift. A contemplative early-20th-century classic, layered, bitter and quietly complex. Served small, precise and unmistakably grown-up.£9.50
Cosmopolitan
Vodka, Cointreau, cranberry and fresh lime.
Clean, sharp and properly restrained. Bright citrus and gentle fruit, carefully balanced to avoid excess sweetness. Elegant, crisp and unapologetically classic.£9.50
