The Bagel Madame is a reimagining of the classic Croque Madame, with all the same flavours but a new twist. It’s perfect for breakfast or brunch and pairs well with our delicious Voyager coffee or tea.
It comprises a toasted white bagel with West Country ham, cheddar cheese and American mustard. To give it that extra something special, we’ve added an egg yolk on top.
I think this is one of those recipes where you can really let your imagination run wild with what goes inside your sandwich!
